Many of the Magic Mirror photobooth operators have all experienced issues with glare and reflection from the abck of the glass/mirror.
This 3 stage collapsible rubber lens hood can help prevent flares by stopping light coming into the lens at extreme angles and being reflected inside the lens.
The size of the hood can be easily adjusted to suit the photobooths depth and it can be securely screwed on to a lens which accepts a 58mm filter thread – including the Canon 18-55mm lens.
Another use for this which has proved very popular with Booth Junkie customers, is to have it house one of our LED Light Rings.
Simply pop the ring inside the rubber lens hood and it has been shown to hold it perfectly using just the friction from the rubber.
Alternatively, you can glue the LED Light Ring onto the rubber lens hood.
